SERVICE

On our way up north from SE MI, I noticed my driver side windshield washer sprayer wasn’t working. Assuming it wasn’t frozen since the other side worked, we stopped in for it to be fixed. They got us in immediately. After being in the warm garage for 15 minutes, they noticed it was only frozen up and didn’t charge us for their time and wouldn’t take any money from us!! Great customer service and even better people skills!! Mt. Pleasant, you guys are lucky to have such a wonderful business!!

I brought my 2013 Ford Escape in to be serviced. I did not purchase the vehicle here, but this was the second time I brought it here. The service department was so great the first time that I was not about to go anywhere else. Everyone there treated me very well. The mechanic did an amazing job. My car drives like it's brand new. My car was repaired at Kraphol's after an accident in the area. Some miscommunication led me to drive from Traverse City to pick up my car after the body shop had closed. The Quick Lane manager, Brad Tipton, went out of his way to help us get our car that day. Exceptional customer service. I also want to mention that a young guy in Quick Lane pointed us in the right direction.

I've been extremely pleased with the service I received working with Krapohl Ford for the purchase of my new Lincoln Aviator. Jim was very professional, and he answered all my questions. Upon receipt of the vehicle, he spent over an hour showing me how everything worked in the vehicle, which I found super helpful. Three months later, my dog did some damage to the vehicle, and their service department got me right in and gave me a loaner vehicle to use while waiting for the parts to come in to fix it.
